At that point I contacted OnlyFans and asked for my money back. They said they needed to contact the creator first and give her time (on top of the 5+ weeks she already had). I waited a week and contacted OnlyFans again and they said they need to give her another week and then will refund me. Another week passed and I contacted Only Fans again asking them to refund my $80 tip plus the $15 for the second month that I only renewed to make sure I could receive the custom and was told they would refund my $80 tip but not my second month subscription and to allow 5 business days for the refund to be credited to my payment method.



So this garbage company made me wait 2 weeks, plus another week in processing time, to get my money back after the girl took close to 6 weeks after I'd paid her to tell me she was no longer comfortable making the custom.



Because of this, I've disabled renewal from all of my Only Fans subscriptions. I have a bunch more pages still to review as I have time, but I've been burned too many times by Only Fans and its creators to spend another cent on that platform. It's a really scummy, scammy platform where buyers get very little info on what they're paying for before they buy (no screenshots or video previews like ManyVids) and Only Fans absolutely refuses to refund payments in most cases and when they do, they take a ridiculously long time to do it.



I don't expect a custom to be done in 24 hours, but weeks of excuses to just end up saying she wasn't comfortable making it just isn't acceptable. I once got a custom from a well known porn star and she took a month for her to respond to my query, but once I paid her, she delivered the video in under 2 weeks, shot end edited in professional sound and picture quality and executed flawlessly. Most of the people using OnlyFans just seem to lack work ethic and honesty and the company itself is a disgrace.
