I asked her the price of two custom videos on December 29th and sent her a tip.(Total $60)



She didn't send me the videos on December 30th, so I asked her when she would send them, and she said she would send them sometime next week.



I asked her again because I didn't get a video from her on January 2nd, and her answer was "amazing send mobile number&what you want."



I was waiting for her to send me the video until January 9th, but she didn't send it to me, so I sent an e-mail to the onlyfans support team asking for a refund.



And this is the only response from the support team.
